Notes

First tempo run as part of the Furman 1/2 Marathon Training plan and I was aiming for 6:30 pace and nearly got there. Pretty happy with the result. I preceded this tempo run with an easy 2-mile warm-up and finished it with an easy 1-mile cool down while doing the Interstate to Rec Center Loop.
