5 miles at Furman Mid Tempo 6:49 pace was the goal. There was a 10-15 mph SE-E wind that was tough at the turn-around and slowed me on the way back and lengthened my time. I felt in very good shape on the first two miles headed north, not breathing too hard and feeling strong from my hard training. But turning into the wind was difficult. Nevertheless, good run and I only missed my desire time by 4 seconds per mile. Not bad.
