2 minute rests. This was the first quality work I've done since the VO2 before exam week, wehre I seem to have injured my Hamstring. I omitted the rep 200's.

As soon as I am ready, I plan to start stretching and doing hamstring strentgthening exercises to prevent this kind of thign in the future.

I've had some hamstring issues through high school, and I trace it to the summer before sophomore year. I was comming back from haveing had 6 months of tendonitis, and I was streetching, and I felt sharp pains - int he comming weeks I couldn't really run, and it hurt pretty constantly for a few weeks. My primary care doctordidn't think it warranted going for physical therapy.

Also, I'm going to start doing abs and backs everyother day.
