Notes
So I was planning to attempt the VO2 workout today. Unfortunately, earlier in the day, I was sitting and I felt my left hip flexor pop, and my left hip flexor felt funny on the warmup. I decided to try for 5 miles, but it didn't feel too goo after 2 miles, so I decided to stop and see if I can go for 6 tomorrow after I return to campus. If I'm not feeling better by monday, I will see the trainer.
