OK, got back from the road trip to my grandparents' and ran. I was planning to double today to make up for yesterday, but my grandparents wanted to get on the road when I woke up. I missed saturday because I was out with my grandparents from waking up to sight seeing to them going to bed - and they didn't want me outside at 10:30pm. I missed the previous friday - because I was playing video games, and 6 hours passed (I am ashamed to say) and then it was snowy out and Henry crown was closed. Perhaps, it was a blessing in disguise, because even with 2 days of rest my Hamstring didn't feel right, which suggests, I should not do any fast stuff.
