Full set of rehap drills afterwards. Ate my 3rd last powerbar immediately afterwards. Ice bath.

7 min warmup 7 min cool down. Heart rate hit 190+ on every 800 simulated effort (too much? My max is supposed to be 199.)

My heart rate took a very long time to drop after the last one. I was still winded even after the cool down.
