Part of a diagnostic Run for the Physical Therapists. They state that my form has become poor. Notably:
1) I do not strike far enough in front of my body
2) I do not push out enough on the ball of my foot
3) I do not straighten out my leg enough when my leg bears weight
I have been told that these abnormalities are probably what cause my injuries, and that these sort of stride abnormalities might have led to something like a stress fracture if I hadn't developed this soft tissue injury.
I've been told to run a half mile barefoot daily until I've internalized a better form. In addition, it will reaccustom me to running.
