The break from swimming was good for me. The shoulder finally feels 100%, so I can freestyle now. yay higher heart rates. I mean after this one I felt as tired as I would expect from an hour of exertion. The weight was a pleasant surprise. My friend and I ended up getting a bunch of free tickets at the taste of chicago, but my friend had drunken a double glup of sprite and could not tolerate much food, so I ate 46 tickets worth of food, which I expected to be sitting my stomach still.
Also planning to boost cross training "mileage" again.
