Notes
Maroon miles. I felt really good, and went out a little longer than I had planned. I maintained good form throughout, and I probably exceeded 7 minute mile pace at some point. I also almost hype extended my knee in a hole, and rolled my left ankle because I had left in the twlight and couldn't see what I was doing on the grass.
My left ankle is the most healed its ever been since I rolled it in October and the trainers told me there wasn't much specific to be done about it. I've been doing ankle rolls and whatnot during free moments, and I feel like its been making a difference.
