Well. I tried to warm up, but it didn't work. My hamstring wasn't healed. So I thought I would go to pick up my t-shirt, since I had already registered in a race to try to get a time.
But something came over me. I decided to run it despite my hamstring hurting. I first mile was 5:25, but it was hurting my hamstring to go that pace... I couldn't kick at the end, eventhough I had a lot left. Felt more like a tempo run. =(
At least, I got some $50 from my performance.
