On a track. 5 reps. I hope I didn't misunderstand the rests - I rested before every effort. Felt surprisingly easy overall, I really wanted to do 6, but my body was telling me no. I remember 1:16 pace being a lot harder. I think my mile pr would be relatively easy to crack. I could feel my ankle bothering me on the warmup - I had originally planned to do this on an asphalt hill, and my ankle prompted me to go for the track. I felt my knee from the long run after 4 reps. I really wish there was an ice bath here I could climb into. I think this might be in part because I've been standing around 14- 16 hours a day for the past week before I run, so it could be that my legs are just tired. I'll add calf stretching (in fact all stretching) to my regular routine.
