Notes

I've been very uncharacteristically bad with filling out the log. Basically I've been running 50-55 mile weeks with Fartlek workouts. I missed a day when I traveled from Chicago on very little sleep. I took another day off due to lack of sleep. I missed another 2 days because I fell asleep while getting ready to run. Very mediocre training.

I've also been back into physical therapy and was once again assured that I can be back to 100% soon (about the 4th time). This time I've been told that there are some flexibility issues that have caused my Pelvis to sit out of alignment. With a few more weeks of stretching I should be back to normal...
