Standard Long run (although it was technically Monday when I ran). Left knee feels a bit off, but I think its fine.
Opened up the first mile in 6:48 uphill in icy conditions, which is unusal for me.
Running along the side of a road up a hill in a 50 mph road next to a college campus made me a bit nervous, but after such a dour quarter, Amherst seems so small.
