Felt terrible. I attribute this to not haveing run before midnight in a week. I was trying to slowly adjust my runs to be before dinner, so I'd be getting at least 20 hours to recover, but it failed. So I only got 16 hours to recover or so. My recoveries were probably closer to 8:00 pace. Time and distance are estimated. Felt really really hot, and had to take off my shirt, which is a first in WNY this summer. Eventhough it was under 80...
