Notes
I get the impression that I'd have been feeling great, had I averaged more than 5.9 hours of sleep in the last 3 days. Will get more sleep tonight. I though I worked out well, but I definitely have less ability to push myself when I'm tired. Also, Marlin got away from our group for at least 2 of the 800's, but I think it was our fault for being too slow.
Also of note, I've really trimed down a lot since winter track started. I was 155 the first practice... somehow 160 the next practice and in 5 weeks, I'm back in the low 150's which was roughly my weight in cross country. I haven't been making a conscious effort to slim down; however, I did decide to give up soda and drink more water relative to juice in the dining hall.
