I'm pleased as I seem to have had more fitnedd to work with today than before, and I thought I did a good job of not being overly amibtious the first few laps. However, at the beginning I decided to run 75's and I let my self get caught up at running a faster pace. If I needed to run a forth set, I doubt I would have had much in the tank for it. I do expect to drop my time for this weekend after this workout.
