Notes
So that was interesting. I was successful in keeping with the group I was with, but it was somewhat difficult to not get dropped by the group I was with after Marlin and I joined them.
Some notes on my Winter break:
I ran 30 min everyday before exam week. During exam week, I didn't run much. My ankle/foot rolling injury has healed to the extent that I do not feel it when running in shoes at all anymore, but I do feel it if I roll my ankle.
During the gap in my running long, I basically continued 45 min easy days everyday with a couple exceptions. I believe I took 5 off days. (including Christmas, New Year's, 22nd, Jan, 6th) Unfortunately, I did not do abs, do fartlek runs, or runs over 50 min. I do not think I ran above 45 miles in any week. As a result, my endurance at faster paces has suffered.
