I'm disappointed.

I thought I was in shape to run better. I would have considered 29:30 satisfactory. Under 30:00 acceptable. But I couldn't really let loose competely on the downhills and I just recovered from a cold I got in the rain trying to run the Vo2 workout earlier this week.

After the race my hamstring didn't feel too good on the cool down, but its not like everything was destroyed either. I'm hoping I'll be back enough to not worry about my hamstring any more by next weekend. I'll bike in the mean time
