Well, Jessica wasn't in. I taped my foot, and stepped down. It felt fine. So I decided to warm up as if I was running the workout on the softest surface - the artificial turf. If I didn't run, I would explain to coach that I needed to be held out of the meet. But then I still felt fine. So I went 6x1000.... Yeah. I started feeling about 85-90% and ended feeling about 80%. It didn't feel worse the next day. I began taking anti inflammatory Rx cream I'd been given for my knee on Jessica's advice on monday...
Also, somehow, I lost weight on cookies.
