Notes
I decided to go for a run after my knee settled down, In hindsight, I think it reacted poorly to me having Frank participate in a test of my leg pain in which I am supposed to contract my Quad when Frank holds my quad tendon and pushed my knee cap towards the other leg... I felt no pain, but I think it caused the inflammation... I went for a run at night, I was making conscious efforts to adjust my stride to prevent over striding and to prevent any leg rotation as I ran. Left knee felt ok, but started to feel some swelling in the bottom inside quadrant. Despite frequent swims, leg muscles are not in great running condition; I expect to be sore after this. Hopefully, sleeping in Felipe's bed will rub off on my and I will begin running better.
Also, I've noticed that my brain seems to be compensating for the streetlight halos when I'm out at night nowadays. It was a big annoyance when I ran at night in November/ December, but even that seems to be getting better.
