I tested running before the easy run. It didn't feel like my hamstring had the kind of strength that I should run anymore today. Biked for around 58 minutes. Spent most of it between 140 and 160 bpm.
Yesterday, I biked around 25 min and my quards got too tired to continue. 2 days ago, I tried to bik, but my quads couldn't handle enough to make me breathe hard.
