Great workout. A lot of traffic to deal with for some reason. People waiting on me turning where I was going to the other side of the road waiting on them to pass me by...crazy. A hog farmer was back and forth to his hogs at the top of the hill 5 or 6 times while I was running the hill.
So here are the 10 hills:
.11 (45 sec 6:45 pace) .16 rec. in 1:37
.10 (41 sec 6:38 ) .19 rec. in 1:54
.10 (43 sec 7:05) .17 rec in 1:40
.10 (39 sec 6:24) .18 rec in 1:41
.10 (38 sec 6:23) .17 rec in 1:39
.11 (42 sec 6:36) .17 rec in 1:44
.10 (39 sec 6:32) .16 rec in 1:36
.10 (38 sec 6:13) .15 rec in 1:34
.10 (40 sec 6:30) .16 rec in 1:42
.10 (36 sec 6:02) .13 rec in 1:16
Felt pretty good. great to see the .36 at the end. Benefits are going to be nice if I can put in some hill work each week. Maybe I should be doing longer than .10 The other hill is not as steep, but it is longer or maybe do 15-20 of these. I was pretty steady with these. And really did one more hill as I turned around after the last rec. and ran home.
