Actually a little windy, but overall nice to be outside. 3 actual miles at the lake, the other three came from Wells Fargo to my daughter's house when I thought I had lost my wallet and I didn't want to watch the rest of the wrestling session and someone had given me a ride and I didn't want to bother them...so I walked/jogged it.
Some tough hill climbs and relived part of the marathon from Oct. Know now why I cramped up. Tough hills, taking a lot out of me.
