No problems following 1st interval workout in almost 2 months. I love the track, it inspires me.

Felt strong today, but took it easy. Working out a muscle I believe is directly related to my left hip swelling. Left leg, left quad on the left side (closest to my IT band). Rolling it out is going to take some time, but I did notice a reduction in the swelling after I did that.

5 easy miles tomorrow and then I've decided 7.5 on Thursday's Turkey Trot between 8:00-9:00 pace. I'll let my body decide that day, but today's easy running makes me think I could do in the 8:30 range at least and maybe with the good runners they have there I'll be inspired to run a little faster (until that last hill).
