9:00 warmup
Not exactly the tried and true Fartlek workout, but it felt fine to rest or jog a little longer. No goal other than knowing I didn't want to be over 8:00 and closer to 7:00. Hip and left quad are feeling pressure but no pain right now. Will get a good stretching session in after typing this out.
