Easy run at 8:48 pace for 4 miles.
Still feel great. Carb loading starts to be a priority, but have been slowly switching this past week anyway, so nothing new. Weight about where I want it (seems I should be gaining a little).
Gloves, T-shirt, and shorts. At 44 degrees (should be race day, too), this will do just fine. Probably shed the gloves after 6 or 8 miles when I see my daughter 1st.
