Must have been sick. Last night a "cold" set in. Drainage and the whole works. Must have been building in my sinuses for a while and the dam "broke". I could think of nothing better than to "sweat it out of my system" with some more intense intervals. My body responded well.
Only got to a 6:35-6:40 pace for .25 at most, but much better than running "easy" at 9:50+ pace.
