2x1600 with an 800 jog in between.

Interval splits: 6:38/6:38

During both I was seeing 6:43-44 and had to push a little to get under 6:40 both times on the final lap, but I like the idea that I could command that easy enough.

4 easy miles tomorrow, rest on Friday and 5K Saturday morning (Saturday's high looks to be 72- 9am it should still be in the 50s...perfect weather). Now to scan the course.
