Notes
Tried a Kewash in the morning with the flashlight run. No cars. No wildlife that I noticed. I did notice how tired I was this morning. The goal was to be between 8:30-9:00 per mile, but I really felt like I was struggling at times. In fact, the last half mile my legs actually felt heavy for the first time since I can't remember when.
Mile splits 8:55, 8:38, 8:34, 8:39, 8:42, 8:44
All within 17 seconds of each other. I figure that's pretty consistent, but it sure didn't feel consistent. Maybe another day of on Wednesday will be in order or a very easy run.
