No pain today, but still had a goal of 6-7 miles at no more than 6.5 mph (9:13 pace).
I think the slower pace will be the key along with taking more time off and doing more elliptical and biking.
Did a lot of PF stretching/PT this past week and need to be more religious about it, especially at night.
Mile 1- warm up and got up to 6.0 and every 2 minutes up .1 mph to 6.5
Mile 2- 6.5mph (9:13)
Mile 3- 6.5 and down to 6.0 and started back up (every 2 min)
Mile 4-6.1-6.5 and held it until mile 5
Mile 5-6.5
Mile 6- 6.5 and down
Mile 7- 6.1 up to 6.5 and down .1 each minute
final .2 down each minute with some
Again, felt no pain today, but will be very cautious for at least 2 more weeks.
