Notes
After a long day with MP honor band, an easy 3.12 mile run because the weather was nice and I had nothing else to do.
8:51, 8:44, 8:20 and 56 (7:51p)
Felt a little worn down by the end, but it was a long day. Still had to take Tessa on a walk/jog, so one more mile for a cool down.
