Notes
After doing boot camp yesterday (an hour of total body workout), wasn't sure how I'd feel about running today, but felt fine.
7.71 miles . Nice weather. Ran again w/ Mike. We took the streets to the park and only had to wait at 2 traffic lights. good pace going from around 9:00 down to near 8:00 by the time we finished.
4 more miles. Probably go on Friday again.
Man the weather is incredible out here. Really felt like June in Iowa today. Not many hills, but a few little climbs.
