Notes

Original plan: 10 800s at around 3:15 w/ 2 min. Finished w/ 6 around that mark. Tired legs after swimming 2000m and running this morning already.

800s: 3:15/3:16/3:15/3:21 (.52-3:15)/ 3:17/3:12

No problems. Endurance was great aerobically but legs were not ready to run. + Ran out of time w/ lap swim at 12. No runners, no $, and no traffic... Toughest one was the 5th one. I was surprised I was even that close at the end of #5. I think I would have surprised myself with the next 4.
