Two days off and PF feels much better. Realistically, I should be taking 2 weeks off and I may do that after I hit the 2000 mark, but I still feel I caught this early and have not pushed my limits. I took 2 months off back in 2010 and it was worth it. If I keep my pace at a crawl I should still be able to keep up on my miles. It's just no fun running slow.
My weight surprised me after 2 days of no exercise and probably overeating. I have no idea what overeating is anymore. I think when I have 5 cookies it's overeating. Last night I had an extra half a scoop of mashed potatoes. Ooooo...living on the edge.
Turkey Trot has a new trek and will be a 2.5 or 5.0 (double loop). Tanner and I will run the 5.0 with some added miles before & after.
Went over 100 miles for the 23rd month in a row.
2000 is only 132 miles away. 3.5 miles a day would do it, but I'll do more if I'm feeling good.
