Notes
Very nice weather to run today. shorts and a t-shirt for the 2nd time this spring (other than races). I really didn't feel like I was working hard at all. Stretched out a lot before and a little less after, but everything feels perfect right now.
Before I started today I was tired and a little stiff which is why I decided to stretch out a little more than usual.
These are days I could run or workout 3 or 4 times.
Rest tomorrow, walk a little Monday morning and take on the Monte 800 memorial run on Monday night. No prediction, but feel confident I will get under 2:40.
