10-29 10 hills, 29 cars. Only 21 cars until I hit Keota with the city wide garage sale going on.
First 3 miles were warm-up miles to get to Heartbeat hill. 9:23, 8:28,9:02
Hill work: I went to the 1st No Passing Zone sign at the low point between Heartbeat and Streigle Hills to get more distance and it registered at .23 miles, so almost a 1/4 mile.

Hills will be a big part of my next race at the end. I want to be ready to power through them.
