Easy run before race on Saturday. Good p90x workouts on Monday and Wed, will probably do nothing or very little lifting on Friday and the race on Saturday.
Miles 9:32, 9:22 and 9:04 Striders were good and smooth. Strong wind on the way out and made for some nice easy striders on the way back.
5 cars total, but all within 2 blocks.
It's been busy and the reality of early morning band events has me skipping any running on P90x days which is OK for my legs, but takes a lot out of my mileage. We'll see how that affects my running this Sat which will be a relatively hilly course for an intown run.
Last Sigourney race I was at 20:39 I think this summer. Time for me to Fly!
