10º and cold. Not fun, but the way it is in IA Nov-Feb. Fountain Fitness…thank you.
Anywhere from 5.0-8.5mph, mostly in the 7-8.5 for a majority of the run. 5, 10, 20 and 30 second changes by .1 in the middle miles.
3rd mile 8:06 and final two miles 17:37 for a 8:49 average.
PF is still hanging around, but overall getting better. Can't wait for mile 2000, though. Would be smart to quit for 2 weeks, but when you are this close to a goal, you push through (with some easier paces).
