Hot and Humid. can't believe I was under a 9min pace. Felt like I was at 10min for sure a few times. Terribly difficult to run. Was going to try and run intervals tomorrow, but will wait until Thursday.
Ross Yoder's b'day. Ran 5.2 in memory of Tyler, his son. Time was 45:52. We like seeing those 52's in there (Tyler's football #).
