Wanted to try to send a message to my guys for regionals. Ran the regional/sectional course by myself. Felt pretty good considering this was my first real run since the marathon. When throught the mile at 5:20, then 2 mile in 10:47, then tried to kick for the last mile...ended up running 16:27.
**Message did not reach my guys as they ran backwards...we were 6th in one of the weakest regionals in the state. Is it bad when the coach wants it more than they guys actually running? If you insert my time in the regional, I was 20th...our team score went as follows: 9, 36,41,43,44
