Notes

After another 400 meter jog went right into another mile on the track. Felt good through the first 3 laps, then had to work the last lap pretty hard. Overall, happy with the results of this workout. I figured that I would be able to run a little faster, maybe the quarters at a much faster pace took there toll on my legs...going to need to run fast on tired legs in a few weeks so not all that bad!
