No long run this week. 10 miles on Great West. First 5 miles at easy pace not pushing at all. I feel really good at 7:15 pace. Turned around and wanted to test my fitness. Feeling better each day running. Going to start and get some longer runs in starting next week. Ran the last mile as a cool down.
