Notes

Went to the outdoor track to do some plyos, but all of the hurdles were not out yet. Ended up running our first track workout. We did 3 X stadium stairs right into 4 200's with a 200 jog with 90 second rest in between sets. Legs felt good, the 200's were not all out, but more of a tempo (34-36). Guys had a great workout.
