Hot and Humid run this morning. Ran up the County Trail to Sliver Glen Rd. Then ran a loop in Sliver Glen Estates with some of my top kids. Had a large group of kids run 8 miles today. Some of the guys should have been with the top group but they just came back from vacation. Overall good run
