Notes
1 mile tempo with the guys. Had about 3-4 guys running up near the front pack which was nice to see. Going to start to have the guys run a little longer tempo in the weeks to come. Overall was very pleased with this effort because the guys have had a hard last week with 2 meets and a long run on Sat.
