Great run considering we ran in the rain. Glad that the heavy stuff passed and were able to get practice in today. Ran up the County Trail to Silver Glen Rd and back to LeRoy Oakes. The top kids added on another 3 miles. I went with Coach K for an added 3 to make this 7 miles.
