Easy 7 mile run. Wanted to run longer, but I think I might get my long run in tomorrow because it is going to snow late Friday night into Saturday. Anyways, ran over to West Lake park, which is my old Jr. High XC Course, did the loop around the lake, then headed over by the Bloomingdale Park District, then back home. Legs feeling much better overall this week.
