Notes

Was able to get into our clubhouse. Ran about 5 min worth of warm-up, then started at 7.0 and went up .2 every 2 minutes until I was at 9.0. Just wanted to get something a little faster. Still can't run more than 30 minutes on the treadmill....ADD kicks into high gear. Going to run again today.
