Notes

3 mile track workout that consisted of:

4x400

2x800

1x1600

The idea was to run the 400's faster then race pace to get the legs tired. Then hit race pace for the last 3 intervals.

400's were at 75

800's were at 2:40

1600 was at 5:27 for the leaders.
