Notes

Wanted to get a hard effort in today. After the warm-up, headed over to the track to run a mile. Legs were feeling good until the 7-8 lap. Pushed myself as hard as I could around laps 9 and 10. Ended up with a ok time of 5:07. Not bad considering I was alone and it was indoors. Glad to get this one in.
